There are times you may feel down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship. There are times you might just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Perhaps you are seeking a fresh start? We all have unique needs, I am here to offer professional guidance and support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a different outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and response. Your first visit will include introduction and going through privacy/ confidentiality forms and intake completion. We will proceed to complete an assessment to gather information relating to your current concerns and what you would like to gain from therapy. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental and constructive as I draw from the tools and professional experience I've gained over the years to help you get back on track. I have experience working with people dealing with everyday life challenges as well as those with mental health diagnoses and/ or substance abuse issues. You don't have to do this alone anymore.
