What format are you offering sessions in?
Sessions are being offered in Telehealth/ Video Counseling format. This is also known as Synchronous electronic communication. This is conducted on a secure, encrypted, and HIPAA-compliant platform. You do not need to download any software. For your convenience, you will receive a text link and computer link to get into your session at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time as you would for an in-person session.
It is required to sit in a safe, quiet area free of any disturbances or anything that may compromise your confidential communication in session. We do not permit having a Telehealth or video session while operating a motor vehicle or heavy equipment. If this happens, the therapist reserves the right to immediately cancel your session due to concern for your safety and others around you.

Yes. Our hours are as follows:
· Monday: 12 pm - 7 pm
· Tuesday: 12 pm - 7 pm
· Wednesday:12pm-7 pm
· Thursday: 12 pm - 7 pm
· Friday: CLOSED (except for Business clients)
· Saturday: CLOSED
· Sunday: CLOSED

WHAT ARE YOUR SELF-PAY RATES?
Individual therapy: $150 ( First session/Initial Assessment-$170)
Couples/ Marriage Therapy: $300 ( First session/Initial Assessment-$350)
Family Therapy: $360 (First session/Initial Assessment-380)
Addictions Consulting- $180 (50-60mins)
Business Consulting: Varies contingent on identified needs and size of the project, length of time required(
**Scheduled phone consultation- Complimentary/FREE (15-25 mins)

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
We accept Cash, Money Orders, HSA, Debit and Credit card payments including Mastercard and Discover and Visa cards for payment.
At this time, we are in-network with:
Aetna (Please check with your carrier; Not contracted with Baylor, Scott and White plans or EAP)
American Behavioral or Uprise Health
BCBS (plans-PPO, Fed, etc)
United Healthcare- (Optum, Oscar, Oxford, UMR)
Please check with your insurance carriers prior to your initial consultation. An appointment will not be scheduled without clear verification of benefits. We may take other insurance plans (in-network only) in the near future. Rest assured this information will be updated as soon as we begin accepting a broader range of insurance carriers. MISSED APPOINTMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING
We understand life happens and that being said, please contact our office within 24 hours if you are unable to make it and need to reschedule.
Late cancellations with less than 24hrs notice, Missed appointments without notice will incur a full self-pay session charge.
If you are running late, please let the receptionist know and provide an ETA. We will work within reason for the remainder of your allotted session time. If you are running 20 minutes late, you will need to call and discuss rescheduling. It would not be fair for you to come in for a brief or rushed session nor should we keep the next client waiting.
Current clients: If it is after 5 pm, can reach me on the business cellphone number I have provided during sessions. I return calls as soon as possible if I am not in session with a client or in a business meeting. Preferably, e-mail (email@example.com) is the fastest way to get a hold of me.
